sirio is good the mtx3 pro mount works great but if you wont to use a 1 piece get the kawahara the 3 racing dos not work with the sirio.

I have the Sirio STI in my MTX4 with the Mugen 4mm chassis, the bottom of the case touches the chassis. I had to place small washers between the engine and engine mounts.

I have had other engines in my car and the Sirio is the only engine I had to shim up.

thanks for all the replies guys...

so most of you are running the STI versions of SIRIO engines... is there a big difference between the non STI engines???

is there a big difference in diameter size between the regular disk brake and the mugen ventilated disk brake??? my kit already came with the ventilated disk brake...

TIA...

Ira, didn't you tell me you were planning on milling out the Mugen 4mm to utilize one piece mounts? Or was that something you were just helping Joe out with?

I am using the MTX3 PROSPEC mounts, and you need to shim the engine if you are using the 4mm chassis.(With the STI)

Tommy, I will mill the chassis to use the one piece. Do you like the pulleys I milled?

Default Spool

Guys,

how do you make a front spool, is there a aftermarket company that has one, or what parts do I need to make spool, I tried looking at nitrohouse and I can't find the parts for making a front spool.

Thanks.

You should have recieved the front diff case and the spool square in the kit when you purchased it. All you then need is the front outdrives and the pins to go through them.

Hey guys, what brake pads do you recommend running with a spool on a high speed track. Something that will not fade much during a long main!

Thanks
