The Star rim or the regular 6 spoke?
Both are equally good.

I dont think that they are, the Kyosho guys had a deeper dish on their rims they used the same tyres that come in the RRRWC kit

the 6 "single spoke" is softer compound (rim compound of course).....only 2mm offset

the 6 "double spoke" is harder and you can find it both 1 and 2mm offset for rear wheels......

Awesome day of practice here in PR. Got the chance to meet Art Carbonell and Joaquin... Was lucky and I didnt strip any gear during my practices and only broke a rear lower arm due to a full throttle crash against a table's leg. I'll let you guys know if I strip any gears during the qualifiers... Also on another note, for those who are having gear stripping problems. Check that your 2nd gear clutch isnt engaging too aggressively. You can decrease this by tightening the steel ball screws and increasing the gap between the shoes and the adapter. This means its less the space it has to travel to engage making it (i believe) less aggressive. Also, im using the MTX-3's clutch shoes which probably is another reason (the material) of why 2nd gear isnt engaging too aggressive.

The ones who used Bertin on their car and shows on the photos are the Kyosho foams, don't know the original manufacturer, but have some sets of those, the rim is very very stiff, the foam is good.

I'm wearing some of those just to mount some old Microsystems 'aqua' sets (wet condition foams) I have kept in perfect conditions.

Nope... the rim is quite similar, but different, the Kyosho ones are way stiffer than the GRP ones (K Ones have the internal nerve on each spoke much thicker than the GRP rim) are very different, I'll try to post some photos showing the differences.
