Seriously now. German car makers have tried to refuse service and warranty to cars that where re-imported from other European countries, where the cars are cheaper. They didn't get very far with it.
In an open market, a company has to stand in for the quality of their product, no matter where the customer bought it.

IF I would buy a MTX4 in Asia and it would miss something major (not a few screws) I would get it through Mugen Europe, guaranteed!

Id like to say... Im waiting too... but there´s a big problem... Im from Brazil... And I m just gonna receive my car.. (that-s already payed lol) from Mugen USA... so It´s funny hear all the complains... about time ... bla bla bla.. try to imagine my feelings.. lol

ohhhh.. there´s a another point... Ive sold my mtx3.. .and the next race ( Regional Chamnpionship) is gonna be on next 13 .. .lol... Im in troubles..

btw... Id rather wait for the MTX4 than buy another cheaper car... like 710 the cheapest pro12 here in Brazil...

Can we start another MTX-4 thread?

Leave this one for price discussion and the new one for the real stuff, like helping eachother, performance, setups, etc.

Don't you all agree that pretty much everything has been said about price, when it's going to be available, serial number, etc? I think a lot of people are getting fed up of this.

Let's turn this into something good...

I NEED to know wich one is the best car between serpent 710 & mugen mtx4..please answer quickly, i need the answer today!

I have not driven the MTX4 yet, but if it's anything like the the MTX3...I would choose it over the 710. Frankly, I would choose a MTX3 Prospec over a 710. Or is it a 720 by now?

I didn't got to the 4mm yet for 2 reasons. Knowing the location of the carbon fibre and the width of the body mounts, if I went with the 4, the 2 screws that hold the shock tower/body mount on would probably stip with the leverage that the 4 would produce. The 3mm was almost 45% stronger and still had some flex. Also, I put another screw in the top of the rear bridge so I have 3 screw holes in the rear shock tower, the pic does not show that.

I can buy a mtx4 for 299€!
And a serpent 710 for 400€, with 150€ of 3racing optional parts!

Tell me what to do plz..!
Someone told me that the 710 is too complicated to set up!

It's better a mtx4 or a mtx3 prospec?
