Dimensions of coupler barrel and shaft
Hi guys...
I'm trying to source similar parts for my car and came across the following part for the BD7. This is also known as a "CVD rebuild kit" to rebuild your universal driveshafts:
YOKBD-010TP Yokomo CVD Coupler & Pin Set
Could someone measure the barrel dimensions and pin dimensions so I can see if it's a possible fit for my car?
THANKS IN ADVANCE!

Try mine. I used that on our track with very low traction.

Just an update for you guys, had a new gear diff come for my BD7, now comes with new orange o-rings, still had to sand the gears though. The diff screws are now 1.5mm allen heads as well

I'm loosing to much time in that part of our track. The car response in my opinion to slow in these 2 corners. I attached my setup maybe someone can give me some tips i can try..
I run 17.5 blinky with Solaris handout tires. Body is a PF LTC-R or a HB Mazda 6 MPS. With both bodies the same, but the LTC is has more steering but the times are the same. My club mates take these part of the track much faster :-/

I was gonna say stand up shocks but less rear toe to free up the rear end. The car looks to be a little tight going through the last two turns. Need to free it up a hair so that it'll rotate better and quicker through those turns. Maybe even shorten the wheelbase up front.

Maybe can try using Harder spring in front to increase steering response.
Front shock position put to 3rd hole and rear is 3rd hole too..
why your front arm shim is 1.5mm and 1mm? wouldnt it binding the front arm ?
Rear inner camber link increase to 1.0mm, rear outer camberlink reduce to 0mm

you could try thinner rear diff oil, go down to 1,000cst that should allow the rear of the car to rotate a bit more

Wal try 1-1.5 deg of toe out at the front and increase the front camber to 1 deg.

Wow thank you for so many tips. I noticed all and will try them in the next week.
My front arm is with 1.5 and 1mm really smooth.
