yes, inconsistent. Ribbed tires can push then grab or steer smooth and then grab hard. Really depends on the surface and how many ruts are in it. We run on a very hard packed surface that will have a layer of dust on it. It's fairly low bite, so any 'grabbiness' on the front end is felt double on the rear. If it's early in the race day, or the track just hasn't deteriorated much that day, it's a non factor.

Strc has hubs. I've had 2 sets and no complaints. I have the .5 and the 0* I would buy them again and try are half the price if the kyosho hubs.

well, front arms obviously. Rear suspension hangers, rack, rear camber block and I might get a set of front and rear towers, but those rarely break, but its possible. If you get the alum exotek rear suspension holders, then you can ignore that. Keep in mine a spare set of plastic ones is about the cost of the front alum hanger...which is the main one that breaks. read up on grub screws for the rear camber block, it "helps" with issues.

Anybody using carbon fiber front towers? Do you know if or how much weight savings it is? I would buy them just for looks
