Default Futaba 2pl problem

I'm having a problem with my Futaba 2pl and wondering if anyone has any ideas that might help.

The problem is that the car occasionally "glitches" to full throttle. I'm sure you'll understand my problem!

The problem has occured on 2 different tracks, in two different cars, with different speed controls, receivers, servos, etc. The only common element is the transmitter (even different freq crystals).

The problem occurs in different parts of the track and at random intervals (eg sometimes goes 4 mins with no glitches, then "bang!"). it occurs when I'm on the track on my own, or in a practice session or race with other cars.

Have replaced tx batts with new ones.

Problem has just developed (ie in same conditions for past 12 months no problem). I at this point suspect the transmitter

Any suggestions or ideas would be most appreciated!

Ta

meh tahnks. was taking guesses at that for a while.

I'm actually having some issues with glitching myself.
is it common on the 2PL?
