Default Spec r gear diffs

Hey guys quick question i got a spec r gear diff for my xray t3 2012 and when i put the too cases together it doenst fit flush theres about 1mm to 1mm and a half of a gap and im test fitting it without the gears in ti so its not a jamming issue .....is this common from this company ...i could just sand the case down and get it to fit but i shouldnt have to do this....does spec r take care of there customers if they send out a defective product?

I purchased a gear diff that had the wrong outdrives included in the package. A couple of emails back and forth and the problem was solved. I was very pleased with their customer service.

over tightening the screws will cause the case to separate

The case doesnt fit flush without the screws ....i didnt even try to screw it together....anyways i just sanded it down then screwed it together and its flush now.
