So have you guys had any of ur designs for any bigger races. I sit in my studie halls and draw makeshift layouts on my notebooks. LOL, I like trying to come up with flowing layouts that incorporate difficult obstacles, such as crossovers and rhythm sections.

well, i used 2.0beta but it didnt have offroad terrain or jumps. =/
thats ok, here is a basic idea of what my backyard 1/18 off-road track looks like. the borwn x boxes represent the wood deck, there are jumps on both sides that lead up to and off the deck making it similar to a table-top, it is about 10" tall and the ramps meet it perfectly and provide a nice jump.
right after the starting line there is a burm in that turn that comes up about 3" to guide the trucks off the start into the turn. right after that there are some moguls that break things up a bit for that short stretch into the next turn. then there is a diagonal straight which has dips in it, then a tight turn and small straight before the tabletop deck.
there is a big jump (for 18th scale) before the cars line up, and prefacing that is about 3 feet worth of a lowered terrain, which is to say that the track section is lower than ground level by about 4" leading up to the jump which makes it even higher.
seems like this program is for on-road only though, of course we are in the on-road section of the forum.
didn't mean to take away from the thread, jsut wanted to post my image and some info on my little track.
i like your designs trackdesigner71.
p.s. my track is around 27' x 35' total and ive got custom made railing throughout.
