Default Foam tire questions

I'm considering trying a brand of foam tires that comes in 26mm front and 26 and 30mm rear.

I've been using JACO 28s but want to try something different to reduce costs/breakage on my fronts. I have been running plaid(f) / purple(r).

This new tire comes in shore number ratings.

So if I'm going to 26mm what shore should U choose?

If I want to go to 30mm on the rear what shore there?

If I run on hi-grip carpet is 30mm even a good idea?

Thanks

i would say run anywhere between 37 fronts or rears to 42 fronts or rears.

im gussing u run a electric car so:

1. running 30mm tyres would be hard to fit on the hubs.

2. the 30mm tyres for electric is illegal.

so run about 26mm 40r all round and true the tyres down to 60mm to reduce chunking.

murfy...dude, trust me....just stick with your regular plaid/purple combo. using the other "nitro" tires will just give you a head-ache. but i must say that i've yeilded my best results with Elligi 42f/40r 30mm trimmed to 28mm.(on x-ray T1x) and speedmind 42r (on front) / 40r (in rear) with Mi1 & Mi2.

running on high grip carpet, I use

40 F and 37R, also 40F and 40R on a tighter track, to get more oversteer

nitro tires are different. They won't work well. Just get jaco, trc or crc foams. trc rims are the toughest as they are nylon, not plastic. You can seal the vertical edge of the foam with a THIN coat of ca to help prevent chunking but if you are nailing the boards, you are gonna ruin tires.
