its pretty sad that a valid compliment for a company representative is "he actually helps out the customers".

given that, props to him

Steve,

The part number is... HB61332

You don't need different CVDs. The outdrives come with the blades to go over the current CV bones.

Not sure if that holds true for the V1 bones, but I know it works with the V2s. I would assume so since the V2 bones fit in the standard Delrin outdrives without the blades.

Hi all,

ive been having a few problems with my cyclones rear diff, when i first built it, it was very smooth and the action was very light. after mabe 3 meetings and 12 club nights the diff started to change. Ive taken great care of it rebuilding it after every meeting, but now it always feels a bit gritty and the action is extremly tight.
So far ive changed the diff plates and the thrust race(twice ), if any one has an idea what the tight gritty feel might be id be very gratefull. Also if anyone knows of any decent diff covers that might make it easyer on the diff in future.
Cheers
Tom

Might be time to replace the balls (thrust and diff) as well. Also, what lube are you using?

Jet racing makes the diff covers for the cyclone.....but the are only a sticker sheet (you could make your own from a sheet of contact).

Hope this helps.

Leonard.

ive been using the kit supplied grease, and i have already replaced the entire thrust race, so im confident its not that.Ive also replaced the d-rings so im confident its not that either.

Cheers
