Our source for HPI/HB parts does not have the diff outdrives yet, so I made due with what I had. As a bonus, I can run the steel japan-style universals from the pro4.
I never had trouble with wear on my aluminum pro4 spool, rc-zombies...I just kept the driveshaft pins greased (every 3-4 runs) with some of our MP black grease. Plus, it is very cheap, only 13-14 dollars.

What's everyones solution to raise the roll centre on the FR Pivot block at the front as the steering links hit it. Don't you think it's pretty poor that a top end car like this needs modifications to raise the roll centre, I see Andy Moore has dremelled away part of the pivot block to allow clearance, why couldn't it be like this from the factory?

I think you answered your own question there, yes at the moment the only solution is to dremel it slightly to allow clearance. If you do do this modification then once youve finished removing the material, use a black permanent marker on the area, makes it looks abit smarter.
