Cyclone TC - -Rear Wheel Alignment
Can anybody help me with the rear wheel alignment on my TC.
No matter what I do I get 2® toe-in on the RHS and 4® toe-in on the LHS.
I have replaced the alloy pivot blocks, suspension arms and wheel hubs to no effect.
I have swapped suspension arms from side to side, also to no effect.
I have plotted the chassis holes on graph paper and, as far as I can tell, the mid-points all intersect on a common centre line which suggests to me that the chassis has been drilled properly.
Any suggestions, or should I not worry about it ?

I personally run aluminum rear hub carriers. HB has just released them in 0 deg and 1 deg rear hub carriers. I've been running the 0 deg hub carriers on rubber tires, and the 1 deg on foam. They work great, and I have zero rear toe in issues. Plus they look pretty cool!

Hope that helps!

I ran PPD billet plates, and I think Hiro did as well. Kevin is a local racer to me so I like to support him and his products.
I use this special tape that I guess carpenters use. It's extremely thin and clear, but REALLY sticky. I just use two small squares and the lipo plate is STUCK to the battery. The ppd billet plates don't have big enough "bumps" in the to fill up the cell slots on the cyclone TC chassis though. I just push the plate to the front-outside of the slots. When you tape everything in, just make sure the tape is touching the bumps so it sits still

i know this a stupid question... but just wanted to ask if the new POM diff from the TC can handle 4.0 mod? running rubber tires on med grip asphalt
Thanks!
Thanks!

yes, with no problems. Just make sure you use the outer ring supports. Those will support the diff from spreading out and breaking.

Hey Korey, Looking at this setup sheet can you tell me which holes ( 1,2,3,4) you used on your camber links. Inner Front and Inner rear and Rear Hub. Also, does the TC come with 1 degree rear hubs or 0 degree hubs. And which one did you use for your reedy setup.
thanks again.
thanks again.

Scratch that. I see thats the older setup sheet. On the TC setup sheet would it be 1 or 2 on the front and rear inner links. And the inner hole on the rear hubs.?

He used the longest camber links position at the front and the rear on his TC.
