There are 2 ways, use 64p gears and then You will end with using 90-92 spur and 45+ pinions, if you go 48p then it will be around 70 spur and 33 pinion.
Last summer i was using 91 and 51 gears for my Cyclone S(with internal ratio 2.4375).
I don't know condition of your track, but if there is a lot of small stones/dust then i would suggest you to go with 48p gears, as they will strip less. My personal experience with this, as last year I stripped some spurs/pinions due to this fact(was using 64p ones)

There is a possibility I'll be down later this month for some testing though. Some of the Canadians are going to kidnapp me on their way down haha.

Seattle RC Racers had recently run their first special event race, and it was a blast. Traction was great as there was a good showing for 1/12 and WGT. My Cyclone was on pace every qualifier (except for me plowing my car into a corner the first round ) and took the Tq position. In the mains, my main competition got caught up in another battle and I went on to win the main. Track was medium grip carpet, here's the setup I ran:

Front:
Oil: Losi 60wt
Spring: HPI Pro 4 Gold
Piston: HB 1.1mm 3 hole piston
Shock position: 2 on tower, 2 on arm
Camber Link Position: Long, with 3mm under inner pivot
Camber: 2 deg
Caster: 4 deg
Swaybar: 1.4mm
Toe in/out: 0 deg
Wheelbase: 2mm in front of arm, .7mm shim behind it (a little shorter than stock)
Ride Height: 4.5mm
Droop: 1.75mm past ride height
Front toe block: 1.5 deg
Shims under suspensiopn blocks: 1.5mm all around
Wheel Hex: std
Ackerman: 4mm
Front Drive: Spool

Other: ATC posts with 2mm shim instead of oring

Rear:
Oil: Losi 60wt
Spring: HPI Pro 4 Blue
Piston: HB 1.1mm 3 hole
Shock position: 2 on tower, 3 on arm
Camber link position: Long on bulkhead, short on rear hub, with 2mm under the inner pivot
Camber: 2 deg
Droop: 2.25mm past ride height
Swaybar: 1.2mm
Rear Toe block: 3 deg
shims under suspension blocks: 1.5mm
Wheelbase: Kit Settings

Tires: Speedmind/Sorex 28R premounts
Traction Compound: Paragon Ground Effects, full front and rear for 20 min
Body: Protoform Mazdaspeed 6 mounted a tick forward

Assuming your running 5 cell, gear around 8.5-8.6 and check your motor temps.
