Scotty Is a world class race director and this WILL be everything it is built up to be.
As this race is still over 7 months away and already interest is growing within the International crowd
Scotty has just received 2 phone calls this week from people who are planning to make it as their first trip to the states. 1 was from Norway and 1 was from England. This will truely be an International event!

Wow. What a first day of activity. I guess we set some new kind of record for activity on RCTech for a first day post! Awsome. I will do my best to try and answer as many questions as I can. We will be running Rubber tire classes. I think this is the best way to give any form of racer a chance to join us and have as much fun as they can regardless of what surface or tires they run at their home track. We will be using a Controled Preglued tire, for sure. No decision has been made yet, At the Novak race we have used the Take Off 27's for 3 years. But I know the new RP tires is going through some testing right now, so there is lots of time to find out what will work best. From the drivers I have talked with that have run the RP tire, they are very happy with it. Will this be an international race. That is for SURE! We will have drivers from all around the globe. The emails I have received in the first day of posting this thread in evidence of that. I have recieved 15 emails from drivers from Europe and Asia. This is just in the first day. So to our overseas racers, if you have ever wanted to come to America this is your opportunity. Vegas is the place and the IIC is the Event! Our website will have lots of info about the race soon. It is going to be a blast. POKER TOURNAMENT? That was one of the first things I worked on in our first meetting with the Stardust Hotel. If it is at all possible, it will happen. Along with a slot tournament. No guarantees on these, but I have a full court press on them to make it happen.
