Kmart sells an EZ up brand 12x14 for right at $100 even less if you catch it on sale. Comes with a 3 yr warranty also.

Hard to beat that....I call mine the circus tent! LOL

I currently use the First Up Wal Mart 10x10,

Been good so far. Only lost one a couple of years ago while at the Sliver State race in Boulder City. That was in the first two hours of being there. LOL.

Locally I've seen the wind take down a couple a season. Brand didn't seem to help.

If any one is feeling a bit adventurous and willing to do a little work. When people loose a tent at the track, see if they are just going to trash it or not. If they're going to trash the tent, scoop it up and scavenge the usable parts. Never know when someone will need a part or parts for theirs. I've built or repaired about 4 now (as long as the canopy is still good) saving some of my fellow local racers some serious coin with just a little bit of my time.

I had this exact one, 10x10 Caravan. Was great until the canopy ripped (collected water overnight and tore)... though any canopy will do that if you forget about it. Out of all the ones I've seen and used, this seems to be my favorite.

Of course, EZUp brand is great too.

The thing with canopies is, the beefier it feels and looks, the longer it will last. Simple as that.

Real EZ-UP...

$67 for a 10x10 with 1/2 side. For that money go buy a tarp and cut your own sides

+1 Been using mine since 2001. Untill recently, between motocross and r/c it got used about 40 weekends a year. Mine blew away in a storm once and tweaked an arm on the frame, i looked online and ordered a replacement for 15 bucks. Don't know if they sell replacement parts for the cheaper ones but i like the fact that if something happens you can fix it instead of replacing the whole thing.

Thats what I have, the 10x10 Coleman lighted version. I got it on amazon for about 175.

Only have used it once so far but many commented on how good the lighting was.

On tents in general, you gotta watch the shade coverage on a lot of tents. It could be advertised as 10 by 10 but the shade coverage might only be 8x8.

I bought a 10X10 at Academy Sports on sale for 70. It has been very strong and I can put it up and down myself if I have to. It doesn't have sides but I'm gonna check to see if I can get them. Otherwise I love it. The GA sun is rough

Dude, spend the money and get a Commercial Grade EZ UP...

I have went threw 4 from walmart, 2 from Sports store. The are cheap with cheap parts. I got one from Sams 4 sides for $200. 2 years later I still have it with no problems.

Wind will tear those cheap ones up quick.......

About 10 guys in my local club have the FirstUp one from Wallmart. I have seen 1 or 2 bent up in the wind, just need to anchor them properly and everything is fine. Most are 3+ years old now.
