Any cheap shops at UK that offer international shipping?

I think stuff from UK isn't cheap, but the good news
is... for international purchase, you don't need to
pay for VAT. Which is at 17.5% (?). Most UK stores
price tag include VAT. So, you can easily minus 17.5%
off their stated price.
