I used to be anti xray shocks before I switched to corally, but all it took was actually reading the instructions and DOING THE BLEEDING PROCESS to regain my faith in them. Besides how can you beat the adjustable dampening system.

I agree, built the shocks with the bleeding process as described in the manual, perfect shocks, don't leak either...

...yea that's right, I gotta start doing that to after the Vegas race for carpet out at Stockton this year, that and gotta figure out the rollout charts for the various motors I run.

Yeah, guys, Tag is right.

Using foam inserts not only helps the rebound rate, but also preserves the bladders much longer. Without them, the bladders need to be changed fairly often because they develops cracks from jamming into the plastic circular portion at the top of shock caps.

Also, don't bother with changing over to Tamiya shocks. The stock plastic shocks work super well when assembled properly. Also, the adjustable dampening is a nice touch.

Could anyone tell me what effect does lengthining the front links have on handling.

It slows down the transfer rate from side to side, thus giving you slower steering response. If the front of your car is reacting too fast on steering response, you can lengthen the linkage.
