I asked Myron to look into this, as I had conflicting reports about this esc as well. As of right now, there is not enough information to make any determinations.

I am hoping one of the ones coming is a viper system. I contacted them and they did not realize there was another set of rules besides roar

Rob, Myron,

Thanks!

I know you guys hear a lot of whining and bitching, but it's because we care. Remember that for every message posted here there are 100s of people running these classes and having fun every week. So, thanks for doing what you do and remember that we're all here because of what you've done for us! USVTA and USGT are what keeps me coming back to the track!

Jim Campbell. If you will make it I will buy it, even though I already have all I need. I will buy it just to say thanks, but I am just one guy, with poison oak all over his legs. Dang that itches.

He was at Hot Shots last night. They had a great field of VTA, USGT and F1. George and I puttered down there after work, but had to go before we could witness the conclusion. I hope to get down and race maybe next week. Soon at least.

The mains went well. F1 had a messy start, but ended up pretty much as expected with Chad leading, and Scott and Chris behind him. USGT had high attrition, with about half the field not finishing. Myron played with the local insect life while comfortably lapping in the lead. Club VTA was pretty much as expected, with Brad, Will, and Peter duking it out for the entire race with some exciting moments. Nat VTA had Myron taking an early lead, Danny running into everything (including me) and an early retirment from Alex. Danny was making up ground on Myron till about the 6 min mark and then he faded. Results were Myron, Danny, Daniel, myself, Joe, Alex.

Good fun all around.

So which of the two motors have you guys had better luck with from a temp/longevitiy stand point? I know a motor can blow if you push it too hard no matter what but just curious.

DarkSide...chime in here.
