Default FW06 Center shaft

Try to replace FW06 plastic center shaft with metal or alumn one. Does any one know FW05R (VS024) one fit into FW06 or any one can fit ??

FW06's two center shaft got different length. Front one is a little bit long than rear one.

Are you sure they are different lenghts? I have FW05T+'s (uses the same part).. different design, (F/R) but they are the same lenght. As for the VS024, they are both the same... and fit.

To confirm this, I took appart FW06 and measure it.
Front Drive Shaft: 58.9mm
Rear Drive Shaft: 54.6mm

It is arout 4mm different. And if you swap front and rear one, it won't fit.

So, what is the lenght of VS024??

Default Strange

I have a few of these cars, and are planning to convert them to FW-06... The chassis and drive line are the same..(according to the part numbers)... was sure the old plastic shafts were the same... (have to find them)

The VS-024 is 59mm

I have an FW-05R NIB... just checked... they are both the same... VS-024

Thanks! I like this car. It is very easy to drive it.
BTW. I also want to convert the engine. Do you have engine mount?? Is that VS065 fit??
What's your setup for this car?? My local track got a lots curves. I found sometime the car just over steering and spin. Still can't fingure out the best setup. And also can't find many setup info for this car in forums.
