Seasons Greetings to all eXpress drivers... I hope that all that were affected by this first winter blast of snow are safe.
Just in time to warm-up for the Snowbirds, and the Novak Race, FastCats in Oakville, Ontario, Canada is going to be holding a John Posthumus Memorial Race for a fellow racer that we unfortunately lost at 6:00 pm on December 12th due to his battle with Leukemia. It would be great to see some eXpress drivers make this event if your schedule allow.
I know that more details will be posted this coming week - and although it may be a little short notice, the race will be taking place on the weekend of January 8th, 9th. Visit www.fastcats.ca for more details.
Looking forward to racing with some of you there.

I believe it still is a one-day event... on the 6th, however I put both since some may want to come and practice on the Saturday.

I know there are a number of us from the London/Chatham/Windsor way that have mentioned of going to this race, I would expect a pretty large turnout. I might head up Saturday for some practice as well, its better then getting up at 5am and driving 3 hours...

Mike, have they posted what classes they will be running at that race? I pretty much have a car for any class now, just need to decide which ones to race...lol

Hey Rob,
No they haven't posted the classes yet. John will usually accept a class based on a minimal # of entry's. If he gets 7-10 guys showing up to run stock rubber he'll add it to the days race program.
So you can pretty much show up and run anything!
