Fit the Xray hard bumper ....cut some of the inner part and it works.
steering knuckles work and line up with the standard VBC hole.
drive on the VBC is pretty darn good....when needed replace belt change to V2 belts..
a few of us have good starting point setups...so help at Horsham will plentiful.

Thinking about the Xray parts I have... do the Xray belts work? I'm about to pick up a bunch of spares and what not from VBC. I did fit the 52mm ECS w/ the small C-hub grinding. Also would like to know if Xray gear diff internals will fit the VBC gear diff housing...

I started w/ Goat's setup and went to MRH today to get some laps. My issue is I need another gear diff for the front. Other than that, the car handles real well... very smooth. Did break a spindle, replaced it with an Xray without a problem.

The internals from an xray diff should work. I actually have a diff built with a set of Xray out drives right now due to blowing a blade and not having a set of vbc out drives.

I'm slightly confused... Where exactly is vbc located? I was thinking east coast? But I've also heard Asia?

Got ahold of VBC Crew on FB and asked them a few questions. Here is their response in case anyone was interested.
My questions...
1. Where is VBC headquartered?
2. Where is the Wildfire manufactured?
3. What material are the turnbuckles made of?
4. Also what size are the ball connectors? 4.7mm?
Their answers...
1. VBC is headquartered in Hong Kong and it is a division of CRC USA
2. We have parts made in the USA, Japan, Hong Kong, China and packing/assembly in Hong Kong
3. All of our aluminum parts are in 7075 including turnbuckles
4. Our ball connector size is 5.5mm

Thanks for the facebook page.
Anyone know how long it takes CRC to update their online inventory.... because on VBC's facebook page, they refer to a TiN coated hinge pin set, TiN coated shock shafts, the self-lubricating CVD retainers, the center servo mount and a couple other items.... None of these items are available on CRC's website nor are they available at vbcracing.com (which I am not even sure is associated with VBC or not).
Or are these all items currently only available to team drivers?
