just started build last night, just still curious about steering bar shown on Page 07?
anyway purchased some new Hudy tools and the hex wrenches feel
real positive all my other brands you know they'll slip, skeptic at first and the price, but I believe i'll have them for some time.
i have found some Bondhus tools for some other applications that are supposed to be as good without the high dollar price made in Germany.
anyway thanx again for all the valuable info here.
PS i painted one body already about two weeks ago the other when build is done.
Oh! WYD, Futaba says NiCd only for that servo you suggested (BLS551)
well if that's true its going into Avante 2011 being it's going back to stock.
with the new Viper BE i'll use the Savox.
or am i wrong? calling Futaba a.m.
EMS.

Maybe also want to consider the follwoing tuning options:
rollbars (frt and rr)
springs (not just VBC)
DCJ (for mod class)
2.5 degree rear toe block
All depends on the track you are running on. Also have some 0.5, 1.0 and 2.0mm shims handy for adjust upper camber links and ackerman.

Springs
Just a quick note
HPI and Xbrand springs are a direct drop in
I dropped in pink front and gold rears and it felt very good.
Gotta play with the rear camber link lengths to get it just right
Car doesn't feel like it rolls excessively, just the right amount.
The car has a ton steering...dialed my dual rate down to 51%
Most of the cars I've tried are in the 70's.
