Gear diff rocks! Tried it out with black grease as suggested here earlier and it's super nice!

I have had my truck for over a month now. I have raced it every other weekend, and I must say no one else around our area can come close. I ran it in a RM4 configuration with the stock SP 13.5 motor. I am ery pleased with this truck and have not had any issues with it. During the off season I will be putting some upgrades on the truck but overall this is a great truck.

Very nice! My brother only has 2 racedays and a practice day on his but he loves it. The last race was on high bite clay running slicks and the truck was on rails. Great truck so far for us too!

I totally agree. I've run mine in RM3 in stock 17.5 class and it had too much rear traction, not usually a bad thing for a 2wd, put a mod motor in it and it came to life, great handling! I'm now going to try running it in MM3 in stock 17.5 class and see how that works, it should be great!

If the car is too locked in on 17.5(mine was too) begin moving the battery forward in the chassis. Also take the rear toe down to 3.0.

I've had mine running for about a month now and I have gone through pretty much every setup I've ran m3 gears and r3 too with shorty batts and regular for running rear a normal batt is ok if You space it out right Currently I am running the m3 after switching from the r3 and I have ran on carpet and clay high traction tested a variety Of wheels too foam on the carpet and bow-tie on clay I have also found out that when running m3 you need a rear Balance weight RDR racing is the best and I also have a brass weight battery stopper but I am running a shorty pack in the middle of the battery space and then use the foam spacers so the batt doesn't shift around And it all depends on what track your running and what kind of jumps But for high traction and medium-size jumps I found that the setup I just explained is the best for me trust me it will take some tinkering with I am also about to purchase the Orion full sized with the weight distribution it's a shorty pack with balance weights in the batt housing will keep you updated on the Orion pack I run 13.5 revtec LRP spec stock also I have upgraded some parts due to breakage from tresey the alumin rf and rr toe blocks and Diggity designs CF shock towers but I have had no problems with it yet (knock on wood) if you need anymore info just hit me up on pm or on here and if someone else has any ideas or tricks let me know always messing around with one of my cars

I ran it in MM3 with a 17.5 tonight and it was dialed! Full stick pack battery all the way back. I'm going to try running a shorty pack to see how that works.

I finally was able to put some laps on mine tonight, it worked great on med/hi-bite clay..I used Randy Pike's (thanks for doing the dirty work)set up, and basically just changed tires..The truck has a really nice balance with a shorty lipo IMO, feels light, and really balanced, super easy to drive..It has a lot of rear bite in RM3, I cant remember the last time I was looking for steering in a ST..

Currently I am running the m3 after switching from the r3 and I have ran on carpet and clay high traction tested a variety Of wheels too foam on the carpet and bow-tie on clay I have also found out that when running m3 you need a rear Balance weight RDR racing is the best and I also have a brass weight battery stopper but I am running a shorty pack in the middle of the battery space and then use the foam spacers so the batt doesn't shift around i have run booth on high buddy Clay and carpet the best is the mid motor mount with 4 gears I had great results and good track times car handles great on both services with that set up
