Just got 30 cu yards of fresh dirt/clay mix to play with. The track will be closed for rebuild at the end of this month. Not sure yet exactly when, but I will post it as soon as I know for sure. Just waiting to find out when the equipment will be available. Any help or ideas for the new layout would be appreciated.

This wednesday night we will race for fun here at the yard. No transponders needed. I will use our software and manually count. Track opens at 5pm and racing starts at 7pm. I have 6 confirmed 1/8th buggies. There will be open practice after racing. If more guys show we will build some more classes. If not enough show we will just practice.

Lets do it again wed night. Racing for fun at The Yard. We will probably BBQ. And I'm sure someone will have fireworks for the evening. Angels stadium fireworks are visible from The Yard and will no doubt be spectacular. So join us for some more fun on the 4th.

Why not both days right? Sounds good to me! Tues and Wed night racing. the earlier you get here the better. we will open at 2pm on tues and 2pm Wed. Classes will be based on attendance.

I had to postpone the track build due to lack of equipment. I will try again this coming sunday and monday as I have been told the bobcat will be available.

Tuesday night 1/8th scale! Come on down and race. We haven't had the equipement available to rebuild the track yet, so we will remain open untill I can get a bobcat lined up.

UPDATE!!!!
The track will be closed for rebuild Tues and hopefully open on Wed night. The equipement became available so I gotta jump on it. I will start tonight and work thru the day tomorrow. My apologies for the short notices. If you want to help I will be at the track ALL NIGHT! Hear we go!

The rebuild is painfully slow, I hope to be done tonight and running tomorrow. Sorry for the long turn around. There is only so much I can do by myself.

Big huge thanks to Nick Black and OCRC for allowing us to borrow their spare amb decoder. This will allow us to use personal transponders. You will need to purchase your own as we do not have house transponders available.

The track will be CLOSED on the following days:
monday 11/19/12 as allways,
tues 11/20/12, wed 11/21/12, thurs 11/22/12, fri 11/23/12
The yard will be OPEN saturday and sunday from 11am to 11pm.
