Pro Match and Fusion batteries soldering method
Just received my first order of Fusion battery packs and very surprise to see how little the solder they used on the battery bar. I believe they don't use the regular method as everybody as it is impossible to solder while using that very little. Is there anybody knows what method and machine they are using on soldering their packs so prefect? I'm very interested on getting one of that mahchine.

That machine is out of your price range. They cost about 20,000.

Although I do believe in this new soldering method to help protect the cells from damage, I found 2 of my packs (lets keep em nameless) getting excessively hot and faulse peaking while charging. I was at my wits end trying to figure out why almost new packs were giving me such trouble. Turns out I got lucky while picking up the pack and noticing the battery bar move a little. It turns out it needed to be re-soldered, actually I went through all my packs after that to resolder all the joints. Moral of this story, check your battery bars if you experience unusual problems when they have been assembled using this new method with almost no soldier.
