Point taken. However, the Durango platform was brand new and was unproven when the likes of Savoya, Fischer, James etc jumped on the wagon.

IMO, the Agama car has proven to be able to compete on a high level especially in the hands of a driver of Kortz' caliber. Again my opinion.

Or they learn to figure out a setup. Lutz does not seem to be having problems.

If the pro's are struggling to find setups and having difficulties, how the heck do us motals stand a chance with the buggy. Just a thought.

Lutz posted on his site that his setup finally came around thanks to Billy Fisher. So it seems Lutz was not having the greatest luck getting it right on his own either.

Not all cars drive the same. Their just like women, all need to be treated differently in order to get what you want out of them.

So HoBao lost both Tortorici (Mugen) and Kortz (Agama) ... poor Hobao.

The Hyper 9 is a completely new design (compared to their other buggies) but the problem I think is HoBao's poor US promotion.

Here in Australia - Hobao is pretty popular, but world wide I think there's not much of a push. I think if Kortz had been driving a Mugen, Losi, Associated etc he'd get a huge push.

He did pretty well with a half decent car - and it will be good to see him with the Agama.

HoBao don't seem to be in any rush to re invent or make any thing new (still no Hyper 9 truggy) so I doubt there'll be a new Hyper any time soon.

it is a modern design, but it is around almost for 5 years already
and could use a big upgrade on some features
like the toeplates, rear arms
it just isn't popular, you really have to like the car to buy it

Jeremy is a good dude.... and has faired well with what he had..
imagine now he can show up a major event and actually have a teamate!!!
I am guessing between the already proven team agama has and Kortz in the mix it should make for a great show.
