Wow, these work areas are fantastic.

Does anyone mind posting how much they spent on reno/their income (ball park)?

I am a guy... in my early 30s, working in China.... $700/month to stay alive... i see this, and wonder... when will i ever have a pit like that...

First... need a new 1/10 on road... but still...

I wonder what it takes to get such a wonderful pit... so i have a goal in life again...
Feeling a bit down... watching health, money, family, time, women and everything else slip away from me.

Better have a good job to stay in this hobby. I remember when I moved out of my parents house it's tough to make end meats I have to hold 2 jobs and go to school full-time. You need to pay bills first before play. I have to quit the hobby for over 2 years. It paid off now me and my wife makes 6 figure income. And I can play and buy any toy I want but offcourse with her approval.
