this is such a cool thread! just wanted to share mine. my hobby room is currently my own bedroom which is visibly very cramped because of my hobby stuff. i'm getting married and moving out soon so i'll post pics again after i settle in on a new place. the fiancee and i agreed i should have my own separate hobby room

Wow, these work areas are fantastic.
Does anyone mind posting how much they spent on reno/their income (ball park)?
I am a guy... in my early 30s, working in China.... $700/month to stay alive... i see this, and wonder... when will i ever have a pit like that...
First... need a new 1/10 on road... but still...
I wonder what it takes to get such a wonderful pit... so i have a goal in life again...
Feeling a bit down... watching health, money, family, time, women and everything else slip away from me.

Better have a good job to stay in this hobby. I remember when I moved out of my parents house it's tough to make end meats I have to hold 2 jobs and go to school full-time. You need to pay bills first before play. I have to quit the hobby for over 2 years. It paid off now me and my wife makes 6 figure income. And I can play and buy any toy I want but offcourse with her approval.
