I'm getting back in to racing after being out about 13 years. Just bought a Onyx 245 charger and duratrax LiPo battery (DTXC1810) 2 cell, 7.4v, 3700mah. It has a 2mm jack for balancing, but was not included with the battery. Anyone have any insight on this? I'm confused as these batteries are totally new to me.

You'll need to either buy or make a lead with the balance plug attached. Not sure where you bought your equipment but if it was at the lhs, they should have advised you of this situation.
