New Tekin brushless motor for 2012???

Hey all: Saw the rc car action 2012 buyers guide issue at a local store and was flipping through it and came across a new tekin redline motor for 2012 can anyone confirm this and or have more info. Thanks

That's also been hinted at, but no details. They dance around wether it's an updated RS/Pro or if it's a "dumb" non-updateable blinky only ESC with a built in 1S booster so that it can be used 1S/2S.
