Another vote for the transparent 'silicone' type tape with a red plastic backing.
I used to use Parma, but the 3M based stuff is FAR better.
Use two small strips to hold the electronics box in my wet car, the box now holds everything except servo and still doesn't move move despite high speed crashes with a 4.5 motor and being 'drowned' regularly
I won't use any other tape.
