Whichever fuel you have access to at your LHS. No sense choosing a fuel you can't easily get a hold of. Otherwise O'Donnell all the way!!!

The US guys will choose O'Donnell and Maxy's. The European and Asian guys will choose Tornado. The choice is actually based on what is available to them.

In Central Texas it seems to be that Rocket Science and Blue Thunder is all you see at the tracks.

I use Gammalube or Runnertime, they are very good fuel for 1/8 competition. They make good power and low temperature.

Lightbulb

If those two are the choices, then use the Mugen Fuel. Byrons's Mugen is what I would use if O'donnell was not avialable to me. Good stuff.
