Looks like muddy, wet, tacky farm land.

I wouldn't get soft compund. You need to try harder for that surface, maybe a medium compound. Look for less side bite, more uniform knobs than the I-Beams. If you want to stay AKA, try the Crossbraces.

The other element is driver. Everyone drives different which changes their preference to fit their style, so there's probably no one good tire in these scenarios.

i run on a similar track surface. depending on how wet or dry it istheese are my top choices. and i preferthe hardest compound i can get. you want the tread/pins to dig in not bend or fold over.
schumacher spirals
aka city blocks
proline badlands

hope this helps and good luck

Doesnt look wet at all, more like dry redish topsoil. I would try M3
Calibers or Soft Ibeams. The M4/supersoft compounds would be
a better in the wet but the M3/soft is a better all around choice.
