I use the Futaba S9550 servo with my Yoke. Its quick and give you more space.

i reakon 75% of the pro electric drivers use the futuba s9550.
specs are for this is
0.11 secs
6kg torque
at 6 volts

try putting on a poll to help your decision as i can imagine it would be hard for 10 different people voicing 10 different opinions on which servo is the best for your application.
Only the pros who are sponsored by Futaba.

Many are sponsored by Airtronics (look at their radios. . .) and are likely using the 757/758
.07sec
115 torque
at 6 volts

There are also pros who are sponsored by KO. Any guesses what they're using?

Cars spins out easily is due to bad settings and not from fast servos. You could really appreciate the response of a fast servo when you're negotiating the "s" curves.
