The higer the degree the more the car will want to straighten itself out.... Think shopping cart wheels.... Also the higher the degree the more camber change you get....

The more caster the car has the better turn in it will have. You know the feel of a car when it is tweaked. The side that has the most weight turns in better right. Now think of the angles as the wheel turns into the corners. Lets use a left turn as an example. The left wheel angled back turning left actually lowers down and places more weight on that tire. At the same time the right wheel turning left angled back raises up and takes weight off that wheel. This is how it increases turn in. On an oval car the caster angles can be split to affect turn in. With more caster being used on the right side. Camber should only be used to even out tire wear and flatten out the contact patch of the tire under cornering.
