Trinity sells a stick pack assembly kit. I used them to build packs for my f201 when I had it.

Default assemble stick packs

Another way I do micro stick packs is I take two wooden dowels and tape them together and now the batteries fit nicely in the wedge the dowels create. I bought a hammer head soldering tip, and what this does it allows you to get between the batteries, heat up both ends, then push them together quickly. Or you can take a thin piece of metal, copper if you can, and solder the end to one battery then the other, and fold the metal between the batteries. Hope this helps, I might have a link for a site that has a great diagram for this onmy home computer, if so I will post the link,

The trinity kit is the easiest way. Other than that I wouldnt recomend just butt soldering them it would make it hard to get apart if you have to. A thin piece of copper works well as does battery braid. Al you do is lay the cells side by side like your making a ladder pack after the bar or braid is soldered on just fold the cells ends together. I made some for my starter box and just used double pieces of solder braid.
