It will only get more bouncy if you don't compensate with additional damping.

Guys,
Im needing a body for my Jammin FTE but on the local hobby shop here just have the Proline Crowd Pleazer for Ofna Hyper ... it will fit the Jammin or not ?, i dont have time for ordering something to USA or another shop outside this city, im without body and have a race this weekend ...

so, i'll be trying out a new, homegrown setup this saturday at the races. please try to understand my logic:
Front
Stock Blue springs
35wt oil
1mm droop
2 stage pistons, Easier compression, harder rebound
Just above bones level
Middle hole in steering plate
Rear
White hard springs
45wt oil
1mm droop
2 stage pistons, Harder compression, easier rebound
Bones level
so, my track is flat except for 3 wooden ramps, launching you no higher than 2 feet into the air, so i don't have to worry about jumps and bumps. but i have been noticing since i have had the buggy that the front end really shoots into the air when i hit the gas, which probably takes away from acceleration. plus, i'd like to have more steering without going to a lighter weight front diff oil. this is where my logic begins. if it is easy for the car to shift its weight to the front wheels (since i have the front shock pistons set to compress easily) when entering a turn (since i'm braking), i should have more traction on the front tires thus yielding more grip/steering. then to fix the problem of the front raising during acceleration, if i have the front pistons set to be harder to rebound than compress combined with the droop, the front should stay low when i gas it. also, since the rear shocks are set to be harder to compress than rebound, it should keep the chassis level during acceleration. so, do you get my drift? and do you think it'll work?

I think you might be onto something there buddy.
The logic behind what you are saying seems to be good.
How will the buggy feel when throwing it into a corner with soft compression?
I think it would feel soggy when the weight transfers from the centre to the side as the compression is soft which will make the car lose cornering stability and in turn losing steering.
Just a thought mate but please let us know how it goes.

You will probably find the rear of the car is too loose and it won't accelerate as hard through the loss of rear traction.
