FGX Bendage
Ran my FGX/EXO/IFS acouple of time now and I'm bending the lower A-Arm ball studs. The ones that mount the inner piviots. The plastic adjustment bushiings and the piece them mount in are not breaking but the studs are bending. I know I shouldn't hit the boards but the stock front end and my other cars don't have problems with my driving, at lest not as mouch!
Are there stronger 4.8mm ball studs or is there another way to beef this up? Car seems to run ok with the stock froint suspension, I'm slow but it is fun to drive!!

@aarcobra,
I was looking on the TQRCRacing site and they sell 4.8mm aluminum balls that are threaded all of the way through, so you can use steel or whatever other material to affix them to the chassis.

Posted on 3racing facebook but I'll ask you guys too, anyone know if the RIDE preglued R1 front and rears fit the F113?
Also the space for the ESC looks pretty tight, anyone know if a Reventon Pro with a fan installed will fit in there?

Anyway, good luck in you search (From the manual, the Hex for rear wheels is 14mm on F113).

Can anybody share a base setup for mid grip asphalt.
Running blinky 21.5
Exoteck chassis, alloy bulkheads, exoteck top and bottom front arms,
Shimizu tyres
What springs and shock oil?
What camber,caster and toe
Cheers

ChrisK,
Biggest factor is tyre choice. My previously used setups at WSRC , were polar opposites.
Use Shimizu grooved tyres : tune steering out
Use Ride slicks : tune to maximise steering
For Ride : I used stiffest rear springs and kit diff oil in rear shocks / 2 hole pistons
2* rear toe for happy medium. Max caster, 2 or 3* camber plate
