Seems like the Losi guys are going to have to finish up at the Snowbirds this weekend before we get any official word.

Would like to be driving mine before the California carpet champions at Stockton on March 11-13.

Europeans seem to pay a bit more for American products
JRX-S special pre-order price here is 395 EUR, that is about 506 USD with current exchange rate. No idea what normal street price will be, but I guess it's going to be somewhere near 450 EUR (~ 575 USD).

Good example about current street prices is LRP Pulsar 2 charger, that costs ~ 160-170 USD in US. Here normal street price is 240 EUR, that is ~ 308 USD.

Availability depends from importer's / reseller's actions. If they know that some product is coming (they are up to date what's happening), then product will be available couple weeks after US (shipping etc), but if something gets released in US and local people here realize that "hey we need to get those" - meaning that they haven't pre-ordered, then naturally it will take a bit longer while. For example there is no stores selling Ko Propo VFS-1 or any GP3700 cells (any matcher) at the moment even tho we have importers for those manufacturers..

Sadly I must say that also some manufacturers do prioritize US hobby shops before European importers. This means that even some importer tries to order some product, they just simply cannot get it. For example if some new product has came into market and 15 shops from US have ordered those into stock, let's say total of 500pcs. Our importer orders 100pcs of them. Some manufacturers in this case delivers all 500pcs of them into US and none here, until they have shipped all 500pcs locally.

Wow! How close you are to what I was doing...

I was in Scotland last week and got to try my hand driving TC on a hardwood gym floor in Penicuik (near Edinburgh). Talk about roll into the throttle with what we would call a drift car on that flooring! But still, those Scotlanders had something fun there.

On the flight back, I picked up a nasty virus and haven't been able to muster up enough strength to race. Maybe next week.

Default Offer

When the JRXS is released I will gladly send one to any euro courntry, for the US price plus shipping, just as a favor. It would ship from california, and It would roughly be about $425 USD shipped. This is only an offer for this car. Anything else, I'm sorry...
If saving 100 bucks is worth it to you, pm or e-mail me
