Team Brood Employee's:

You have a e-mail from me regarding order number 1625. Three weeks and nothing has shown, might want to consider e-mail me back ASAP! Thanks.

Hi,

I bought a few weeks ago a Pro V2 with you and 2 Center-Cut Armatures. The 2 center cuts armature I've put into my V2's. I use with all 3 motors the ORI41393 Hard Spring Revolution (V2) and Sprint Edge Brushes. I shimmed the motors in such a way that the armature is exactly in the field and has almost no play (0.05 mm).
All three motors give around 10Amps and 17000 rpm at 3 volt at my tester and won't rev up while driving. Timing is 30 degrees. With 24 degrees the results are worse.
I drive on wide asphalt tracks with rubber with a Xray T2.

I tried roll-outs from 26.76 upto 29.44 (Final drive ratio: 7.72 upto 7.16) at 26.76 it revs but has no top speed and at 29.44 it does not rev. And in between no real topspeed.

I also tried harder and softer springs but no results.

Any ideas what to do? HELP!

Are you sure you have turned the timing the proper way round and not the opposite ? Because that's exactly what it'll do if you used negative timing...

Yes i guess his timing is good.
All of his motors are performing great so why this motor doesn't??.

I tried 35 degrees which gave better results on the tester. Should I run 35 degrees???

I have heard running a Trinity CO27 motor the gearing is different than other stock motors.

I currently run a 24/81 on my Trinity Monster Stock

What gearing would be with my Team Brood Trinity Base CO27 motor? I run offroad.

The reason I have not used this motor yet is the big vent openings.

Flybywire, most of the time when you see someone asking about an order, its usually a modified.....which take 2-3 weeks to do, as we custom build everything to order. We had a nasty stretch of races over a 4 week period and a massive rush of orders, which didn't help things.......combined with Peter's email wigging out on us, along with the stupid cell phone failing (again, this is the 2nd one).....

We are getting caught up.....I would not worry one bit about getting a stock motor or 19t motor in a few days....

While we have been late before (we are human:P ), we have never screwed anyone out of their money. I have always made stuff right, regardless of what it cost me.....

Joelp, I will send you an email regarding your motors....
