Arrow Battery matching (bad cell detection)

hey guys,
i was wondering what the cheapest charger is that will peak charge individual sub c sized cells? i have two mil pros, but i don't believe that they will do this.

i want to start matching cells, and detecting bad ones. i have a digital multimeter with output to my pc. it extports the data into a file which i can analize in a spreadsheet. now all i need is to know that all my cells are getting peaked. right?

what about those rayovak nimh $20 chargers? stupid, but they do individual 1.2 volt cells. how do they cut off? or do they at all?

lemme know your thoughts.
thanx, seaball.

To do it accurately you would need something like a T35 because you need to measure not only voltage, but AIR.

Im not saying that, just that to really do it well you would need something like a T35. Hell, I have one and I tested a bunch of cells and tried to do it, I had no idea which way to match them so I just put them back together as they were
