If Matt stays home, then your buddy has to loose the Officer J. Dangle (Reno 911) shorts, deal? Talk about nightmares....

...... and the laughter begins! 10-4 on the britches inventory.

DC! Absolutely come down and soak up some spent nitro.

So things are picking it looks like Mugen Driver JJ Wang will be attending the race as well as Scott Kimbrough, and most likely the Drew, Ralph, Mike and Paul from Xray USA... so it is game on.

Also looks like for the first time in serveral years a good 5th Scale Group, which if you havent had the opportunity to see 5th scale at TZR, is quite the show....

More info to come.....

Default Tires choice

I just started running 1/10 scale nitro this year at FantasyWorld and it's a blast!!! I plan on making this great event but I've got a couple tire questions. What brand and shore works the best for that track? Thanks in advance.

This is sort of a tough question to answer because some of it is personal preference. I have ran Xceed, BSR, and Jaco there and all work the same. I pretty sure they are all the same foam. As far as shore I'll just give you Dave Ehrlich's and my own setup for qualifying and the main from last year.

Dave NT1
Qualifying: 35 fronts, I think 42 rears
Main: 35 right front, 37 left front, 42 right rear, 45 left rear

Troy Vone Evo2
Qualifying: 38 fronts, 42 rears
Main: 37 right front, 40 left front, 42 right rear, 45 left rear.

Sometimes I will also run 40 rears in qualifying depending on traction.

The stagger is due to the huge banked sweeper that can eat tires.

Mark and Rick have BSR tires for sale at the track.

Hey, One. I actually have all my OLD stuff, but various bits are probably too old.
Like I said earlier......have temp gun and screwdriver, will travel.
I am thinking about Sat and maybe Sun.

Will see
