You know what I was thinking would be awesome? I have the battery hold down system for my TC6.1 World's Car. When I need to remove a battery, I simply loosen one of the screws and rotate the tab out of the way. That's pretty easy! A thumb screw would be even better since I'm so lazy! Any recommendations on a good thumb screw that would fit?

I use these with the RSD hold downs: http://www.tqrcracing.com/shop/produ....asp?p_id=3596

I think these would work too: http://www.tqrcracing.com/shop/produ....asp?p_id=3801

I ran my V2 Xray DCJ's this week along with the RSD Xray spool cups in mod on carpet this week. I was off all week and made it to the track for practice 4-5 days. Everything worked great. I managed to break a c-hub and steering knuckle in a hard hit, and the DCJ was still straight and in perfect shape. The clips are so much better than the set screws and shrink wrap.

Will the AE TC6.1 WC Hex's work with the v2?

No, they will not. The RSD DCJs use industry std hexes. Basically every other car's hexes work, except for tc6/6.1 units.

Spool cups are in stock. However, the hard bumpers may be a while, if it is we can have them re-made. We are looking currently for a reliable foam cutting source.

What's wrong with just using the tab itself as the piece you grab onto, and unscrew the whole piece, not just the graphite portion?

Yeah. No big deal on the battery hold down. It sure beats using some ugly old straps! Have the Evo chassis shipped yet?

All the last of the chassis that were back ordered are on the way to their respective owners

We are sold out of bell cranks so we have taken the full conversions off the site. We are about to be out of the servo holders as well.

We should have more in about 10-15 days.
