I'd be happy to finish on the lead lap with the local guys here. I just don't have the speed.

And that's why there are multiple national champs and world champs there... It's great to have a track like this as my home track (100 miles away from home, but o well)

Well, I took the fish out for a spin for one of our warm up race for the Tn. State 19 turn race. I love this car. Bone stock, RBF's setup and a new 19 turn fantom motor. I wish I had moer speed because this car is on rails while others are loose in the left handers. There was a little trash talk about have cuda fish for lunch but all that was eaten was crow. We ran a 3 main type program and I was out for fun and for practice, but never broke anything. I had a screw back out of the mall studs but not biggie. I also had trouble keeping my speedo in the car too but it never done that before...nothing major. I finished 4th overall points for the 3 A-mains and I was never trying. It was funny watching all of the TC3s break. 2 TC3s, 1 HPI, 1 SD, and one Losi broke in the last race and I was punted at teh start, hit 3 times and a lapped car crashed me when trying to get around. By then, the 1st place car was almost a 1/2 lap on me but I didn't have any speed all night long...Maybe some fresher batteries and work on the 19 turn and that will all change. I hope this helps if someone is interested in getting one of these cars, I'm a very big skeptic adn I love my R2, stock as she may be. SSSMMMOOOTTTHHH, and almost bullet proof. I have yet to break a part. I was also running a Yokomo D Stratus body. KO RACER, we missed you, NO RAIN, TRAFFIC WAS NON-EXISTANT...also, Dennis missed ya. He wants a Cuda...maybe.

No big deal, KO, you can come down next time. We do not race because the Tri-state is in Alabama so a lot of our guys are going to that. I can't because I have to work late that morning. We race on the 13th, and 27th of Sept. and 4th and 18th of Oct. We might have some more outside races added, if not, we will be racing carpet. See Dennis, I think he has our new flyer that was printed out last night. If you don't, let me know and I can mail you one.
