Hey guys,

So April is just around the corner here and I've been trying to delay getting my new Truggy for the 2011 season. I've been using a Losi 8T 2.0 for the past two years and it's pretty tired. Rather than refurbing it I was just going to get something new but it seems there have not really been any new truggies for some time. Most are basically 2009 designs or older. Is there anything new on the horizon?

Serpent, Durango and Kyosho all have trucks coming.
Just unsure of any release date.

Keep in mind the Kyosho truck has been rumored for about 6 months.. and it isn't the first time the rumor has been released, with nothing to come later.. But, ya never know..

Serpent is a for sure, as I am sure the Durango will be also.. Lutz is too good a truggy driver to let him drive another brand..

serpent should be out soon, and the durango is just now starting their prototype so it probably wont be out for a little while... O'donnell might release their new truggy later this summer....

As of the nitro challenge Lutz stopped driving a truggy until durango came out with theirs. He did confirm it was going to be a couple months until he even got his hands on one, Im sure Fischer and Lutz will be one of the first to have them.

Best bet IMO is to ride it out one more summer... the 8T is a good machine

I am looking forward to the new Kyosho st-rr evo edition. My losi 8t 2.0 is a couple years old now and need something fresh and new.

Serpent is due to hit first or second week of april. depending on customs is what I was told.

Does the Serpent have anything particularly new or outside the box? I know there is a 21 page thread here on RCT (and I will have a read) but if you can distill it down, it would be very helpful.

RENAUD SAVOYA STILL USES THE MUGEN TRUGGY.HE WILL BE GLAD WHEN THE DURANGO RELEASES.

Ryan told me he should have the Durango truggy in april. So I would say that a production release is still several months away
