Ok that's cool but isn't this only going to get 10% of kits sold with product recall items. What about all the others that don't race where skidmore racers LOL.

I hope so, I bought the TC4 right when ultimatehobbies.com had them in stock. I dont have many complains about the TC4. The only one I would say is that those arms break so damn easy. But Ae went right on top of that!.

Thanks.

That or send AE to at least my local track. www.platinumhobbies.com

One other question though...I've heard of this happening before with AE handing out parts that were fixed. If the parts were allegedly fixed the week after the release of the kit...why is it only now that anyone is getting around to getting these?

AE needs something on their site where we can register our cars (a la XRay) so that when they fix parts like this they can just send us the new parts. I've got 3 sets of arms now that are all the old f'd up style; 2 carbon, 1 kit.

Oh man i wish i had a AE sponserd driver living in Florida! This sucks i bought my tc4 the week after it got out. I agree with dr_hfuhuhurr they should do the same thin that xray have with associated that you can register your car.

Now i got to wait and ask for them new arms at my LHS

That's the most frustrating part! You can't ask for the new arms...it's just drop the $$ on the counter and hope you get the new ones. If I didn't have so much time and $$ invested in getting this car right I'd be moving on to the PRO4 or XRay.

They should make a recall thingy so they can replace your old arms with new ones!
