SA_Racer...
Wiring looks much better!! The turnbuckles look like they can be shimmed up a bit more by the ball stud on the stearing block. Try to get it a bit more level.
Shims... correct!! From the rear of the car, the left front should have both shims toward the backside and the right side split. Looks like you're ready!!!

Default all dressed up and no where to go.

Ok I did the shims on the steering and the A-Arm. but the rain hasn’t gone away yet so I guess Ill have to wait till next week before I can try it out on the track.

Thanks again for the help Wayne. I really appreciate it.

Car weight - I finally got a personal transponder in my car, the car is dead on roar weight with a foam bumper on and a light weight body. It would be easy to get the car under weight as I still have the studs for the tubes and a few washers on the car that don't need to be there.

Side shocks

Low traction - olive center, silver sides
High tration - silver center, copper sides

I tried the olive center, silver sides. No racing there for two weeks and traction is gone, the car is smoother and feels just as hooked up as it did with silver center, copper sides with high traction.

well wayne,my fastest lap last weekend was a 12.7,this week was a 12.3!!!!!!i averaged 12.3-12.5.i found the perfect setup i think.all i need is to try a few more things to say i tried it all.i found the gearing, brush and spring combo for 19t reedy quad.here we go with the asphalt set up

30 wt oil in the shock with olive spring
2000 wt 1/8th diff oil in dampening washers with blue springs
.062 t plate
.022 front springs
pink rear tires
purple fronts
4.5mm ride height at rear of chassis
4mm front
speed 8 body
reedy quad 19t
geared 96 spur and 32 pinion(64 pitch)
trinity xxx silver brushes w/red springs +and-
rear pod dead level at 4.5mm

this car and setup was run by my team drivers who were at the time running a corallysp12m.you should see one of them on the for sale/trade forum.

it was that good any mistakes were my fault alone
