I'm very happy with the conversion. Thanks Jason. Let me know how you do outdoors this weekend for the first time with yours.

Wayne - I must have known something. I broke one of the kits beautiful graphite pieces today(lower pod plate). It was a hard hit, but I was suprised that broke. I will only be using 2 screws on the T-Plate from now on... Can you hook me up if you have a spare? I'll shoot you an email.

Jason finally ran 1/12th scale today and his car was awesome (rat bastard). He finished 2nd in the main and I think he'll be running 1/12th scale more often.
Can't wait to get mine. HINT - HINT!!!

all i have to say is WOW!!!!its been about 10 years since i ran 1/12th cars.it took a little getting used to and a few things to dial in but when i got it set,it was unreal.i didnt know how the kit would run on asphalt being that it is a carpet based kit.it was incredible.i must say,i had more fun today with this car than i did in a real long time.unfortunately,i left my 1/12 scale tool box at home so i only had a chance to run what i put on the car before leaving the house. this thing was so easy to drive.it changes direction extremely fast and is very stable as well.now i just wish we could run mod instead of 19 turn.this thing loves to be driven hard.
i will give you a shout tommorow wayne.got some good stories to tell

Jason...
Glad you had fun... I knew you had it in you... Was the gearing close?? What about the set up??

Cyrrus...
The conversion is $135.00. Your best bet is to call BMI directly and see about the availability. The number is on the website.

Glad you had fun Jay. That's what RC is all about. My only experience with 1/12th on asphalt was a terrible one (bad parking lot track), i'm glad yours was better.
