Default Results

If you go to response #13 of this thread:
http://www.sgrid.com/forum/showthrea...itro-Race-2011

...you will find the complete results for the A-Mains. When I try to copy them here, the "spaces" get removed, and all the text gets jumbled together. Feel free to <copy> and <paste> if you know how to get around that problem...

It's done in some kind of vBulletin code that allows you to scroll up and down within a response to see all the data.

At any rate, all the results are posted, and I'm now off to sleep!

We had a great time as usual. Thanks to all the Toledo crew. I know it takes a lot of work to keep making this race happen every year and running it smoothly so, thanks from my whole clan. I am not going to try to thank everyone who pitched in and helped us during the event but I would like to say I appreciate it and it’s good to race with you all and have a little fun at the same time.

Default A video of Paul Lemieux and Drewe Ellis winning the GLC

Copied from SGRID..... This video is of the final six minutes of the 1/8 Open A Main. Out of the 12 cars that started, the only ones still running are Paul, Paolo Morganti, Scott Kimbrow, Uriah Murnan, Michael Palazzola, and Richard Siriano. Pit stops were a BIG factor in this race, and you'll get to see what Drewe Ellis did to help Paul stay out front. Paolo came soooooooo close..... but in the end, it was Paul out front.

Be sure to watch it in 720p resolution to see all the detail. (Several other videos are already uploaded, or in the process of uploading.....)

I wasn't sure how much to zoom in on Paul's car. Zooming in tight shows the car nicely, but you lose the feel of the rest of the track, as well as the other cars. It's sort of long (six minutes) but I wanted people to get a feel of what this racing is like - in this case, just a small part of the 40-minute A-Main.

My thanks goes out to the Toledo crew also for a great race. It's been a while since I've been to Toledo so it's always good to see all my friends. Nice to talk to people I haven't seen for ages and some I've just met last week too.

Lon, do you have the speeds from the GT class also? I know McNish had the top, just curious how fast I was.

I'd like to first get the photos from Sunday posted. After that, I'll be starting up the new forum for the Toledo club, and will post the photos there. They'll probably be finished late today. I'll leave a link to them here.
