That engine is going to be great, the cars have gotton so much lighter over the past few years and now an engine made specifically for the current cars! Heard the power band is unbelievably smooth, yet still stronge, and heard run time in the 13-14min range!?

Didn't Gil Losi run an .18 in the first 8ight buggy for a while? I think i remember seeing that at the NATS??? in Charlotte. I could be wrong.

No I think Your right. I remember reading that same thing somewhere. I've heard of people making mounts and running .18 real flowing tracks where your not off the trigger that long cause it was better on fuel and and it by being able to stay in it and it roll easier it didn't just murder the engine.

It's a speed $500 will be the price point. I can't see os going cheap. But less power is it worth the extra 2-3 mins over the stock speed? Now if it ran 15 mins I would say yes but idk. Depends on the main length at 20 mins it doesn't help but at 25 min main it might then on a 30 min main you still need to pit 3x like a speed 21 so where's the gain??

yes you guys are right. Gil brought it out to revelation raceway here in so cal frist and we all thought, well it was Gil and he was always coming up with something new(we all kinda laugh really) But I'm going to make it work "he said"...L...next thing you know Adam's running an 8ight and Gil running a kyosho....it was kinda weard around rev for awhile then.
