i dont think either chassis have the holes for the 2011 steering , but you can drill them yourself

Smokem chassis has the 2011 holes, and you can get a stiff or flex chassis.

sometimes i think a stiffer chassis is good on carpet ,even with rubber tyres . i used to have the xray 007 with the us version 3.5mm chassis it was more responsive and consistant.

On low-med traction tracks, I like to use a flexy car, but with traction above that, I would definitely go with a stiffer car.

Late March, 2011 chassis from smokem releases. I'm waiting for that to release to order a chassis for another car. It looks like a running change from the old chassis In another thread said they are busy moving shop.

Yep Vinny is moving to HK to have a crack at the RC business full time. Hopefully it goes well and we see more Smokem stuff on the market soon

I'm waiting for the '11 deck too, though I know people who have drilled the holes for the steering rack on the '10 FX deck thought it gave too much flex with the new car, so hopefully the FX gets an update too

as Craig says vinny has just moved to Hong Kong and was recently just in Thailand, so hopefully it is just due to him moving country.

I really liked the Smokem chassis for my T3'10, it is almost identical to the new Xray T3'11 chassis except for the double crank steering.
